Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 60 g Greek yogurt Use plain Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
  • 50 g self-raising flour Adjust as needed for consistency.

For the Filling

  • 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread Use Nutella or a similar brand.

For the Glaze

  • 3 tbsp icing (powdered) sugar
  • 2 tsp milk Use any milk of your choice.
  • 1 tsp chocolate hazelnut spread, melted For enhancing the glaze.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grease a small/medium mug with butter or cooking spray.
  • Mix the yogurt and flour in a small bowl until a dough forms. Knead by hand until no longer sticky, adding a little more flour if needed.

Rolling

  • Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 25 x 15cm.
  • Spread chocolate hazelnut spread over the dough, leaving a 1cm border.
  • Fold in the long edges, then loosely roll up from a short edge.

Cooking

  • Place the roll into the mug and microwave on high for 1 minute, until piping hot. Avoid overcooking or it can turn chewy.

Glazing

  • For the glaze, mix icing sugar and milk until smooth, then stir in the melted chocolate hazelnut spread.
  • Pour glaze over the warm roll and eat straight from the mug or turn out onto a plate.

Notes

Enjoy the roll while warm for the best texture and flavor. Consider garnishing with extra chocolate hazelnut spread or a dusting of icing sugar.
