  • 370 g 370g (1¼ cups) chocolate hazelnut spread e.g., Nutella
  • 2 large 2 large eggs
  • 65 g 65g (½ cup) plain (all-purpose) flour

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F / Gas, 4. Line a 20cm (8in) square baking tin with nonstick baking paper.
  • Add the chocolate hazelnut spread and eggs to a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer until fully combined.
  • Add the flour and fold in with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula. Scoop the batter into the prepared tin and spread evenly with the back of a spoon.

Baking

  • Bake for 20 minutes until a light, crackly crust forms.
  • Cool completely in the tin for 2–3 hours, or chill in the refrigerator overnight (optional) for extra fudgy brownies.
  • Cut into 16 squares and serve.

Notes

For extra indulgence, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
