Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan)/350°F/Gas mark 4 and line a 6-hole muffin tin with muffin cases.
  • Add the chocolate hazelnut spread and egg to a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in the flour with a rubber spatula until just combined.
  • Scoop the batter evenly into the muffin cases.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 minutes until the tops look crispy and crackly.
  • Cool in the tin for 15 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
