Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 500 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate, broken into pieces At least 50% cocoa/cacao
  • 150 g white chocolate, broken into pieces

Toppings

  • to taste Chopped chocolate bars or broken biscuits (cookies) Any variety of your choice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a 33 x 23 cm (13 x 9 in) baking tray with nonstick baking paper.
  • Put the milk/dark chocolate and white chocolate into separate microwave-safe bowls and melt (in the microwave or using a double boiler).

Melting and pouring

  • Pour the melted milk/dark chocolate into the prepared tray and smooth it out with a metal spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Dollop on the melted white chocolate, then swirl with a knife or skewer to create a pattern.
  • Arrange your chosen topping(s) over the top.

Setting

  • Leave to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Once set, cut or break into 12 chunks.

Storage

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
