Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 2 pieces yellow and ripe mangoes Makes 1 cup of mango puree.
  • ¾ cup boiling water To mix with gelatin.
  • ½ cup coconut milk Or half & half.
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon sugar Adjust according to sweetness of mangoes.
  • teaspoon gelatin 1 pack of Knox gelatin.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil hot water to mix with gelatin and set aside.
  • For the mango puree, cut the mangoes and blend them until smooth.

Cooking

  • In a pot, add coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, and gelatin mixture. Slowly heat on low medium until it begins to simmer.
  • Stir frequently for 3-5 minutes while carefully heating.
  • Taste the mixture to adjust sweetness and add mango chunks if desired.

Chilling

  • Pour the mixture into small bowls and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve chilled with a drizzle of condensed milk and mango chunks on top.

Notes

For best results, use ripe mangoes and consider adding lime juice for tanginess. Store leftovers in airtight containers and consume within three days.
