  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp honey or to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • Prepare and slice the vegetables: bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas.

Cooking

  • Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add the oil.
  • Cook the chicken until no longer pink.
  • Add the vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and honey. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and mix well.

Serving

  • Serve over steamed rice or noodles.

Notes

You can add pineapple chunks or cashews for sweetness and crunch. Experiment with different sauces like teriyaki or hoisin to mix up the flavors.
