Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces cooked chicken breasts Grilled and sliced for the wrap.
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Plus additional for layering.
  • 2 large flour tortillas Warmed for easier wrapping.
  • 1 tsp olive oil For brushing chicken.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder For seasoning the chicken.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice For a refreshing zing.
  • 1/4 cup crushed croutons Optional for extra crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brush chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked.
  • Let chicken rest and slice it thinly.

Assembly

  • Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Warm tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Layer the lettuce mix, sliced chicken, more Parmesan, and lemon juice on each tortilla.
  • Add crushed croutons if desired.
  • Roll up tightly, fold in the sides, and slice in half.

Notes

Store tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Best consumed within 2-3 days. Can be enjoyed cold or warmed in a skillet. For freezing, assemble without dressing and croutons.
