  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce Freshly chopped for best flavor
  • 1.5 cups chopped cooked chicken Grilled, fried, or rotisserie
  • 0.33 cups Caesar dressing
  • 0.33 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated adds depth of flavor
  • 0.5 cups homemade croutons Store-bought alternatives are acceptable
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch For best results, warm before use
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Use tongs to toss well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust dressing if desired.
  • Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave for 15 to 30 seconds until pliable.
  • Place the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if not serving immediately.

Notes

Wrap can be packed for later consumption. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for best freshness. Keep salad mixture separate from tortillas for optimal crunch if made in advance.
