  • 1 tablespoon butter For cooking the sandwich.

Preparation

  • Spread pizza sauce on one slice of bread.
  • Layer mozzarella cheese and desired toppings on top of the sauce.
  • Top with the second slice of bread.

Cooking

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.

Notes
