  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded) Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli You can substitute with mayonnaise mixed with minced garlic.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) Feel free to try other types of cheese.
  • 4 large tortillas Use flour or whole wheat tortillas as per preference.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Important for flavor enhancement.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Take a large tortilla and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  • Repeat the process for all tortillas and filling.

Baking

  • Place the wraps on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half.

Notes

Serve these wraps warm, possibly with a side of fresh salad or crispy fries. You can also add a dipping sauce like extra garlic aioli or ranch dressing for an extra flavor boost. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
