Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Or 1 teaspoon dried parsley.

For the wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas.
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes Feel free to customize with your favorite veggies.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix everything until creamy and well combined.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a surface. Spoon 1/4 of the filling into the center of each tortilla. If you want, add optional vegetables like baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll them tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously on the outside of each wrap.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Toast each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp, and until the cheese melts inside.

Serving

  • Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or garlic aioli.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the wraps cool completely. Place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat them in a skillet or microwave before serving again. Feel free to add more spices if you like it spicy. Make sure to seal the wraps tightly to prevent the filling from spilling out.
