Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz / 414 ml
  • 1 container marshmallow fluff 7 oz / 198 g
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half 120 ml
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 360 ml

Mix-Ins

  • 2 cups graham cracker pieces 338 g
  • 1 milk chocolate bar chopped 4.4 oz / 125 g

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and half-and-half until completely smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Gently fold the marshmallow mixture into the whipped cream until fully combined and smooth.
  • Stir in most of the graham cracker pieces and chopped chocolate, keeping about 1/4 cup of each aside for topping if desired.
  • Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8-inch pan or a similar freezer-safe container, then spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Freeze uncovered for 3 to 5 hours, or until firm. For a firmer texture, leave it overnight.
  • Sprinkle the reserved graham pieces and chocolate over the top.

Notes

Store leftovers with foil or plastic wrap and keep frozen for up to 3 weeks. Use chilled heavy cream for best results. Experiment with mix-ins like freeze-dried fruits or different types of chocolate.
