Dressing

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, diced avocado, and shredded imitation crab meat.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt.

Combine

  • Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to combine.

Notes
