Preparation

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until smooth and combined.
  • Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of cream or milk to keep it creamy. Optionally, pair with a side salad or garlic bread.
