Preparation

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt.
  • Carefully add the eggs to the boiling water and boil for 9-12 minutes to achieve your desired yolk consistency.
  • Remove the eggs from boiling water and place them in an ice bath to cool.
  • Once cooled, gently peel the eggs to maintain their shape.
  • Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the peeled eggs to taste and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. The Cajun seasoning may intensify over time.
