Ingredients
  

For the Milkshake

  • 4 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream, slightly softened You can mix both flavors for variety.
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or heavy cream Heavy cream will create a thicker consistency.
  • 2 pieces brownies, cut into chunks Use homemade brownies for better flavor.

For Garnishing

  • 1 cup whipped cream For topping.
  • Melted chocolate or ganache For drizzling inside the glass and on top.
  • 1/2 cup brownie crumbs For garnishing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Drizzle some melted chocolate or ganache inside of the glass using a small spoon.
  • Drizzle more chocolate or ganache over the rim of the glass and allow it to drip down.
  • Place glasses in the freezer while you prepare the milkshake.

Blending

  • In a blender, combine softened ice cream, brownie chunks, and whole milk.
  • Blend until smooth, adding more brownies if desired.

Serving

  • Pour the milkshake into the prepped glasses.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, extra ganache or melted chocolate, and brownie crumbs.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker milkshake, use heavy cream instead of whole milk and consider adding espresso powder for a deeper chocolate flavor. This milkshake is best served fresh.
