  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative) Use any milk of choice.
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) Adjust sweetness as desired.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional) Can be omitted for a dairy-free version.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) Add more for topping.
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • If desired, stir in Greek yogurt and chocolate chips.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir well and enjoy your brownie batter overnight oats cold or warmed up.

Notes
