  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon pure coffee extract
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, coffee extract, and half-and-half until smooth and fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

Combining Mixtures

  • Gently fold the coffee mixture into the whipped cream until the base is smooth and evenly blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8-inch pan or a similar freezer-safe container and spread it out evenly.

Freezing

  • Freeze without covering for 3 to 5 hours, or leave it overnight until fully firm.

Notes
