Dressing

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil For dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Balances flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Add depth of flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare and wash the mixed salad greens, then place them in a large salad bowl.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, toasted pistachios, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced red onion.

Dressing

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.

Combine

Notes
