Ingredients
  

For the special sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the wraps

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Prepare the Special Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined. Refrigerate until needed.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chopped onions. Sauté until softened, then add ground beef. Cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Lay each tortilla flat and spread a generous tablespoon of the special sauce over the surface.
  • Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and dill pickle slices if using.
  • Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas, and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Big Mac Wraps are best served fresh and warm, and can be paired with crispy sweet potato fries or a fresh salad. For added fun, serve with extra dipping sauces for an enhanced dining experience.
