Ingredients
  

Special Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef Use lean for a healthier option.
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas Alternatively, whole wheat for healthier option.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • as needed Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking the beef.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the special sauce. Set aside.

Cooking

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drain any excess fat.

Assembly

  • Lay a tortilla flat and spread a spoonful of the special sauce on it.
  • Add some of the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if using.

Final Steps

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Cut in half if desired and enjoy!

Notes

Big Mac Wraps are best served warm and fresh. Customize with veggies or a spicy kick by adding hot sauce. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the fridge for 2-3 days.
