  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, tomatoes, onions)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare your choice of vegetables and meats.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  • Fill muffin tin cavities with veggies, meats, and cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture into each cavity until about 3/4 full.
  • Stir gently to mix ingredients.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-18 minutes until set and slightly golden.
