Ingredients
  

Seafood and Meat

  • 1 lb Jumbo shrimp
  • 1 lb Crab
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage

Vegetables

  • 4 medium Potatoes Cut into quarters
  • 4 ears Corn on the cob Cut into halves

Extras

  • 4 large Eggs Optional for extra protein
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spices To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Aromatics Onions, celery, bell peppers
  • 4 tablespoons Butter For garlic sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced for garlic butter sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Cajun spices and aromatics.
  • Add the potatoes and corn; cook until tender.
  • Add the sausage, eggs, shrimp, and crab. Cook until the seafood is pink.
  • In a separate pan, melt butter and mix in minced garlic.
  • Drain the seafood boil and serve on a large platter.
  • Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges and extra Cajun spice on the side. Provide plenty of napkins as it can get messy.
