  • 60 ml milk, preferably whole milk Whole milk adds extra richness.
  • 6 tablespoons salted caramel sauce Choose your favorite brand or homemade.

Preparation

  • Add the softened ice cream, milk, and salted caramel sauce to a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is silky and fully combined.
  • If you like, swirl a little extra caramel sauce around the inner sides of 2 tall serving glasses.
