Vegetable Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped

Preparation

  • Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.

Browning the Beef

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.

Cooking the Vegetables

  • Stir in the chopped carrots and potatoes.
