Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey Choose based on preference.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce Use a quality BBQ sauce for best flavor.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta

  • 1 cup uncooked pasta Any type of pasta can be used.
  • 2 cups chicken broth Can substitute with vegetable broth.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add uncooked pasta and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover, cooking until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients. Feel free to experiment with different types of ground meat and pasta. For a spicy twist, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture. This dish can also be made vegetarian by using plant-based ground meat alternatives.
