  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce Choose your favorite flavor, smoky varieties work well.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American) For topping the patties.
  • 4 pieces burger buns To hold the burgers.

Toppings

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into burger patties.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  • In the last minute of cooking, place cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute.

Assembly
