  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until combined.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken thighs.
  • Sear the chicken thighs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat and coat the chicken thighs in the prepared sauce, allowing it to caramelize slightly on the chicken.
