  • 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 ripe banana mashed Use a fully ripe banana for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted For coating the truffles.
  • Sprinkles or chopped nuts for garnish Optional, for decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cream cheese, mashed banana, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Coating

  • Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  • Place them back on the baking sheet and decorate with sprinkles or chopped nuts.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!

Notes

These truffles are best served chilled and can be arranged creatively for festive occasions. They can also be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or frozen for up to three months.
