Lobster Tails

  • 2 whole whole lobster tails fresh, perfectly succulent

Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup melted butter gives a rich flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika adds color and warmth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt enhances flavors
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper for warmth
  • 1 juice lemon fresh
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  • Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top of the lobster shell, stopping before the tail fin.
  • Gently spread the shell open to expose the meat.

Cooking

  • In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque.
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh lobster tails and avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness. Serve with extra melted butter and lemon wedges for dipping.
