  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the Dijon mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  • Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To enhance flavor, marinate the salmon for up to an hour before baking. Experiment with other herbs and citrus for variations.
