  • 12 oz spaghetti Cook until al dente
  • 1 lb lean ground beef Brown in a skillet
  • 28 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened) Add creaminess to the dish
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain fat and add spaghetti sauce.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until evenly coated.

Assembly

  • Layer half the meat sauce in the baking pan, followed by all the spaghetti mixture, then top with remaining meat sauce and cheeses.

Baking

  • Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Serve warm with a side salad or garlic bread. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three to five days, or frozen before baking.
