Ingredients
  

For the Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For Decoration

  • Black olives, cut for eyes
  • Carrot sticks for beaks
  • Mini pretzels for legs

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  • Form the mixture into small balls, approximately the size of a cherry tomato.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the cheese balls in the hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
  • Remove the cheese balls from the oil and drain them on paper towels.

Decoration

  • Decorate each cheese ball with black olives for eyes, carrot sticks for beaks, and mini pretzels for legs.

Notes

Serve with various dips like marinara or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
