  • 1 cup unsalted butter Can use salted butter but reduce added salt.
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust for spiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix in the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

Serve drizzled over seafood or as a dipping sauce. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Reheat gently on the stove over low heat.
