  • ½ can Evaporated Milk
  • to taste Sugar Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup Whipping cream Use for topping.
  • Lemon zest For added flavor.
  • Cherries For garnish.

Preparation

  • Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla; fold in lemon zest and set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Blend avocado, milk, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Serving

  • Pour the milkshake into glasses, top with whipped cream, and place one cherry on top for garnish.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately. If storing, keep it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Stir before serving if separated.
