Ingredients
  

Base ingredients

  • 4 large large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh tomatoes recommended.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 1 pre-made pie crust or pastry (optional) Use if desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the diced ham, cheese, and tomatoes to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  • If using, place the pie crust in a greased air fryer-safe dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust or directly into the greased dish.

Cooking

  • Cook in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Serving

  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with a fresh salad.

Notes

For a crustless option, simply omit the pie crust. Pair with herbs or fresh garnishes before serving.
