  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75-ounce)
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth or stock
  • 1.5 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or from a can)
  • 1 pinch black pepper For seasoning

Cooking

  • Heat the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in a large saucepan over medium heat until warmed and combined.
  • Add the uncooked instant rice and a pinch of black pepper to the soup and broth mixture, stirring to combine well.
  • Cover the saucepan and let the mixture stand for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the rice to absorb the liquids and become tender.
  • Serve the Souper Rice warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a delightful finish.
