  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas) Can use any vegetables on hand.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For frying.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Can use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Ensure it's gluten-free for a gluten-free option.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to serve Cooked rice or noodles For serving.

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute to infuse flavors.
  • Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  • Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce; mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days; freeze for up to two months.
